Baja Winter Eco-Adventure!

Plan your own group (minimum 6) for dates of your choosing (subject to availability)

The WOW! Travel Club operated its first Eco-Adventure to the Sea of Cortez in March 2016. It was an extraordinary journey – well worth repeating. We’ve done all the research and legwork to create a small-group package, applicable to as few as six travelers, and will make special arrangements for your group for your preferred dates, from January through March, 2017.

The Sea of Cortez was called the “world’s aquarium” by Jacques Cousteau. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve and one of the most biologically diverse marine environments on Earth!

You’ll start and end this adventure in the charming and historic town of Todos Santos: artist colony, surfing hotspot and center for organic farming.

Your accommodations will feature everything from casitas with fabulous views overlooking the sea, to safari-tents on a gorgeous, secluded beach.

The experiences will take your breath away. From Mexican cooking classes to swimming with sea lions and snorkeling with whale sharks. You can sea kayak, birdwatch, even try your hand at stand-up paddling. And the interaction with mother and baby gray whales in Magdalena Bay is beyond explanation. Here’s a video from our experience in March, 2016:
