Marilyn & Scott like to take their local newspaper, The Acorn, with them when they travel so they can snap a photo of themselves holding the publication in some exotic locale.  Sort of like a proof of life. The newspaper then publishes the photo, along with those from other locals who are similarly inclined.

The results are charming.  The Hornbys in Tahoe.  The Millers in Hawaii.  And look!  There are the Gibbs posing in the Plaza de la Revolucion in Havana!

Not that its a competition.
